A creditor of an individual debtor has sought to have this court transfer venue of his Chapter 7 case from Washington, D.C. to this district under Bankruptcy Rule 1014(b) because the debtor was a general partner of a partnership as to which a Chapter 11 case has been pending in this district since 1988.
