The information charges Charles A'. Smith, the defendant below, with the crime of perjury. The offense is alleged to have been committed at a trial held on the 6th day of June, 1902, in the “district court of San Miguel county, Colorado.” Smith was tried for. an alleged violation of chapter 65 of the Laws of 1901, and was a witness in his own behalf.
