THIS MATTER is before the Court on plaintiffs’ Motion for Summary Judgment on their claims that they are owed from Bradley M. Gunter and Cheree K. Gunter (“Debtors”) $291,747.56, and that this debt is nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4), as a “debt.. .for.. .defalcation while acting in a fiduciary capacity....” The debt is for amounts that were withheld by Debtors from employees’ wages between August 1998 ad March 1999 and between December 1999 and March 2000.
