Kuhn by this writ of error seeks to reverse a decree of the superior court of Cook county which dismissed for want of equity her bill filed on January 26, 1920, for the specific performance of the following contract executed on July 24, 1919, by the complainant and Emma Sohns and recorded on August 6, 1919:
