This case involves an appeal by the plaintiff from a judgment for the defendant in a personal injury action tried by a jury.
We reverse and remand.
The facts of the case are as follows: Plaintiff and defendant were coworkers in a manufacturing plant. Plaintiff had been riding to and from work with defendant in defendant’s car. The plaintiff paid the defendant $3 per week for this service.
