Reichardt Motor Co. v. Standard Accident Insurance

This action was brought by appellant, as plaintiff, to recover from respondent, as defendant, a loss alleged to be covered by a schedule fidelity bond issued by defendant to plaintiff. The circuit court sustained defendant’s demurrer to plaintiff’s third amended petition and, plaintiff having had two preceding petitions adjudged insufficient, the court entered final judgment in favor of defendant, with costs against plaintiff. Plaintiff appealed.
