POFF, Justice.

University Square Apartments (University Square), appellee, sued to enjoin First National Bank at Lubbock (the Bank) from honoring a $150,000 letter of credit. The letter of credit was issued to Goldome Credit Corporation (GCC), appellant, and drawn against University Square’s account. The trial court issued a temporary restraining order prohibiting the Bank from paying GCC under the letter of credit. GCC intervened and moved to dissolve the temporary restraining order.
