The trustees, in Series No. 5-7902, Lawyers Westchester Mortgage and Title Company, having come into possession of funds, paid over by the Superintendent of Insurance as liquidator of the company, as a five per cent dividend on account of the claim interposed on behalf of certificate holders, on the company’s guaranty, have asked instructions from the court, as to the proper distribution of such funds, and as to the rights of the Superintendent of Insurance, and the certificate holders, with respect to such funds.
