This appeal challenges an order entered by a judge of the Arecibo Section of the former District Court vacating a judgment of dismissal on a motion for nonsuit. The latter judgment was rendered by another judge of the former District Court of Arecibo approximately two years prior to the order challenged herein, although notice of judgment was sent about one year and five months after rendition.
