1Opinion of the Court

The appellant, Ronald Baker, pled guilty to trafficking in cocaine, a violation of § 13A-12-231, Ala. Code 1975. Pursuant to a negotiated plea agreement, the trial court sentenced him to 10 years imprisonment. This appeal followed.

On appeal, counsel filed a motion to withdraw and a brief in substantial compliance with Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738,87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967), indicating that there are no meritorious issues that warrant our review. The appellant submitted additional issues for our consideration, but his counsel indicated that those issues were also without merit.
