A. M. Lundberg entered into a contract with the United States for the construction of extensions to and remodeling of the United States Post Office and United States Courthouse Building at Butte, Montana, a public building, and executed the usual penal bond with the Seaboard Surety Company, a corporation, as surety, with the additional obligation that such contractor shall promptly make payments to all persons supplying him with labor and materials in the prosecution of the work provided for under such contract as required by the provisions of the Act of August 13,…
