—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Rienzi, J.), rendered October 30, 1990, convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant’s conviction stems from his participation in the sale of cocaine to an undercover officer in a so-called "buy and bust” operation in Brooklyn.
