Procedure
Exclusive Industries Corporation filed for relief under Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code on April 8, 1982. The present matter is before this court as an adversary proceeding commenced by the trustee against three creditors claiming vendors privileges, Elder Pallet and Lumber Sales, Inc.
