The bankruptcy judge dismissed Fadayi-ro’s adversary proceeding, and Fadayiro filed in the bankruptcy court a notice of appeal to the district court which stated that “Plaintiff pro se appeals the Judge-ments of this Court [i.e., the bankruptcy court] in the above-styled matter to the United States District.
