I. INTRODUCTION

On October 22,' 2009, Appellant Mark H. Shapiro, the former Chapter 7 trustee for the bankruptcy estate of Debtor Connolly North America, LLC, filed a notice of appeal in which he challenged the Bankruptcy Court’s October 15, 2009 order granting a motion to remove him as the trustee.
