MEMORANDUM OPINION GRANTING TRUSTEE’S MOTION TO APPROVE SECTION 363 PURCHASE AGREEMENT IN FURTHERANCE OF COURT-ORDERED BULK TRANSFERS

Before the Court is the Trustee’s Motion To Approve Section 363 Purchase Agreement in Furtherance of CourP-Or-dered Bulk Transfers (the “Motion ”). (ECF Doc. # 1046.)
