MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER UPHOLDING SIPA TRUSTEE’S DETERMINATION OF CLAIMS

Pending before the Court is the Trustee’s Motion for an Order Upholding the Trustee’s Determination of Certain Commodities Claims and Expunging Related Objections Thereto (the “Motion,” ECF Doc. # 6195). The Motion seeks to resolve eight unsettled objections by commodities customers to the Trustee’s determination of their claims.
