Plaintiff Taylor alleged that he was the operator of appellant’s drill press and with it was engaged in boring holes in a semi-circular piece of iron to be used, as a wheel guard. That the press was a large and dangerous machine and required as a helper to plaintiff an alert, careful and competent man; that the helper furnished on this occasion, one Flores, was incompetent and lacking in the qualifications essential to such position; that he was sickly, weak, slow and habitually reckless and careless and was lacking in the strength, skill, competency, care and ordinary…
