Robinson, Judge:

A farm of about 300 acres, in Clay District, Monongalia County, was conveyed by Milton Wrilson and wife to W. W. Kennedy, on the 25th day of March, 1897, in consideration of the sum of fifteen thousand dollars, by deed of general warranty, subject to a lease for oil and gas, which lease was owned by the South Penn Oil Company, and upon which farm at the time of said conveyance there were two produc-*3ingoil wells.
