MEMORANDUM
COLLIER, District Judge.
The appellant, William E. Bradford (Bradford) appeals two interlocutory rulings of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee (Stinnett, J.). The first ruling stayed the underlying adversary proceeding lawsuit filed by Bradford against defendant-appellee J.C. Bradford and Company, Inc. (the April 14, 1995 Order). The second ruling by the Bankruptcy Court denied a motion by Bradford to stay the court’s April 14,1995 ruling (the May 5,1995 Order).
