¶1 Richard Germeau appeals the superior court’s summary judgment rulings (1) that he lacked standing to bring a Public Records Act (PRA)1 action against Mason County and the Mason County’s Sheriff’s Office (Sheriff’s Office); and (2) that even if he did have standing, his letter to the Sheriff’s Office did not provide fair notice that the letter was a PRA request.
