Affirming.

This is the second appeal of this case. Upon the former appeal the correctness of a judgment of the Fayette Circuit Court, construing the will of Byron McClelland, deceased, was called in question. The question involved upon this appeal is the value of the services of John M. Stucky, who, as guardian ad litem and corresponding attorney for certain infant and non-resident defendants, participated in the preparation of the former suit for trial, and also represented said infants and non-resident defendants in the appeal to this court.
