This matter is before the Court on remand from the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. 1 Although this case has proliferated extensive litigation involving many issues, 2 the Court’s discreet task at this juncture is to determine the amount owed to Elizabeth V. Bogosian (“plaintiff’) for her shares in Wo-loohojian Realty Corporation (“defendant WRC”), which defendant WRC elected to purchase over eleven years ago.
