This is an accelerated appeal of a temporary injunction order. The issues presented on appeal are: (1) whether the trial court abused its discretion in granting the temporary injunction; (2) whether the temporary injunction violates Rule 683 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure; and (3) whether the compliance provisions of the temporary injunction are imprecise.
