Main, J.
Defendant was indicted on two counts of coercion in the first degree and two counts of unlawful imprisonment in the first degree. The indictment arose out of an incident which occurred on July 12,1981 at the Rustic Cabin, a bar in the Town of Rensselaerville, Albany County. The record reveals that defendant and one Larry Guarino were at the bar in the afternoon, but defendant left, claiming that he was tired and was going home.
