—In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Greenburgh dated September 25, 1997, which, after a hearing, denied the petitioner’s application, inter alia, for a modification of a variance condition imposing a maximum 10% grading for a driveway, the petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Cowhey, J.), entered April 17, 1998, which denied the petition and dismissed the proceeding.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
