JOHNSON, Circuit Judge:

Claimant Luevenia Davis brought this action under § 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), to obtain judicial review of a final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (the “Secretary”), denying an application for disability benefits under Title XVI of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1381. Because the administrative law judge applied the wrong legal standard in determining that Davis’ impairments were not severe, see Stone v. Heckler, 752 F.2d 1099 (5th Cir.1985), we vacate the order of the district court and order a remand to the…
