*900William Stout commenced action No. 1 against Tishman Construction Corporation (hereinafter Tishman Construction) and Tishman Interiors Corporation (hereinafter Tishman Interiors), among others, to recover damages for personal injuries based on, inter alia, violation of the Labor Law.
