In these consolidated appeals, the West Jefferson Hills School District (District), Nello Construction (Nello) and Laborers’ District Council of Western Pennsylvania (Laborers) (collectively, Appellants), appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County (trial court), which granted a preliminary injunction in favor of Wheels Mechanical Contracting and Supplier, Inc.
