The accused was tried by general court-martial at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey, upon charges alleging larceny of a sum of money in violation of Article of War 93, 10 USC § 1565, three specifications alleging borrowing from enlisted men, and one specification alleging a false official statement, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC § 728.
