On this debtor’s motion in State court to modify a prepetition contempt order aimed at him, the Circuit Court for Collier County on August 10 orally directed the debtor to obtain a determination by this court whether the debtor may now pay $20,000 to purge his contempt. 1 The parties were heard September 4 and 16.
