Appellee United States of America (United States) filed an application for administrative expenses seeking compensation of expenses incurred by the United States Marshals Service (Marshals Service) due to the incarceration and subsequent need for medical treatment of the debtor, Harold F. Younger (Mr. Younger). Donna E. Younger (Mrs. Younger), Mr. Younger’s former wife and primary creditor, opposed recovery of these expenses on the ground that they were personal to the debtor and not beneficial to the estate.
