MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff Brett Lee Curtis (“Plaintiff’) brings this wrongful death action against defendant TransCor America, LLC (“TransCor”), a prisoner transport company, alleging that TransCor is liable for damages resulting from the death of Plaintiffs father, Joseph Curtis (“Curtis”), while in TransCor’s custody on June 23, 2009.
