ORDER GRANTING IN PART AND DENYING IN PART MOTION TO APPLY HAWAII LAW

Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Motion to Apply Hawaii Law (doc. 133), *837filed April 20, 2012. The Court GRANTS the motion in part and DENIES it in part.

I. BACKGROUND

In 2007, a helicopter piloted by William J. Sulak crashed in Hawaii, killing Sulak and three passengers and injuring the other three passengers.
