The defendant, upon entry of a plea of guilty, was sentenced by the county court of Merrick county, Nebraska, to pay a fine of $100 on the first count of an information charging unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor,, and to pay a fine of $100 and be imprisoned in the county jail for 60 days upon the second count thereof, which information charged “that Michel Knothe, then and there being, * * * on or about the 15th day of April, 1926, did then and there unlawfully sell certain intoxicating liquor, contrary to the form and provisions of chapter ' 106, Laws 1925.” The defendant prosecuted…
