Plaintiffs-Appellants appeal the district court’s granting of Defendants-Appellees’ motion for summary judgment. They challenge the court’s finding that Plaintiff-Appellant Rolf Wittorf (“Wittorf’) knowingly and voluntarily waived all claims against Defendants-Appellees and ratified the release he signed by retaining the enhanced severance benefits he was paid.
