The defendant, Perini Corporation (company), appeals from a denial of its motion to disqualify plaintiffs’ counsel. The company maintains that the attorney, without the company’s consent, served as counsel for the Masiellos in this action at the same time that he was defending the company in other actions, thus violating the principle of McCourt Co. v. FPC Properties, Inc., 386 Mass. 145 (1982).
