Defendant L. L. Baker appeals from a judgment rendered against him and Charles L. Hoffman in an action for the reasonable value of legal services.

The first point presented by appellant is that the evidence was insufficient to sustain the finding of fact made by the trial court to the effect that, at the special instance and request of appellant and his co-defendant, plaintiff performed the services which are the basis of the action.
