Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of *895Franklin County (Lawliss, J.), rendered January 25, 2002, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of vehicular manslaughter in the second degree and driving while intoxicated (two counts) and the traffic infraction of failure to keep right.
