*1154Appeal from a judgment of the Allegany County Court (Thomas E Brown, J.), rendered May 17, 2012. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of vehicular manslaughter in the second degree and criminally negligent homicide.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
