COLEMAN, Justice.

The respondents appeal from a decree for complainants in a statutory suit to quiet title to a lot of land containing approximately three acres.

*519Complainants are Alvin Ray Green and his wife. They alleged and proved that they were in peaceable possession and that no suit was pending to test the validity of their title. They had purchased the property and lived on it in a trailer ■ for approximately two years before sriit was filed.
