The question presented for determination is the priority between the United States government and innocent maritime lien claimants with respect to the proceeds of sale of the schooner Thomaston, which was libeled and forfeited by the government under Revised Statutes, § 3450 (26 USCA §'§ 1181, 1182; Comp.
