I. INTRODUCTION
The matters before the Court are the “Application pursuant to Sections 327 and 328(a) of the Bankruptcy Code and Bankruptcy Rule 2014 for an Order Authorizing Debtors to Retain and Employ Evercore Restructuring L.P. as Financial Advisors” (the “Application”) and the Limited Objection to that Application filed by the United States Trustee.
