CHESNUT, District Judge.

This petition to review an order of the Referee has required a close consideration of the Maryland law and practice with regard to determining whether the judgment creditor in this case, who claims priority in payment, validly acquired a lien on personal property of the judgment debtor as against the Trustee in Bankruptcy. The order of the Referee determined that the creditor did not effectively obtain a lien and therefore was not entitled to priority in payment over general creditors.
