MEMORANDUM

BLAKE, District Judge.

Defendant Gregory Savoy was indicted in May 1998 by the federal grand jury for the District of Maryland on one count of committing perjury, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1621; one count of making a false declaration under oath, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1623; and one count of endeavoring to obstruct justice, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1503. Now pending are Mr. Savoy’s consolidated and supplemental pretrial motions seeking, on various grounds, to dismiss all three counts of the indictment or, in the alternative, to compel the government to provide a bill of…
