KITE, Justice.

While on parole from various felony convie-tions, Appellant Michael Howard Bilderback II went on a criminal rampage which ended in the shooting of a Wyoming highway patrolman. A jury convicted him of attempted second-degree murder, use of a firearm while committing the felony of attempted second-degree murder, and concealing stolen property. The trial court sentenced him on each charge and ordered that the sentences be served consecutively.
