GARDNER, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from an order discharging a writ of habeas corpus and restoring appellant to the custody of appellee as warden of the Medical Center for Federal prisoners. Appellant’s petition for writ of habeas corpus charged that he was being illegally restrained of his liberty in violation of his constitutional rights and without due process of law, in that while he was insane he was placed on trial and convicted in the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana for the alleged violation of Section 338, 18 U.S. C.A., under indictment which…
