Before the court for disposition is the defendants’ motion for summary judgment (Doc. 48). Having been fully briefed, the matter is ripe for disposition.
BACKGROUND
This is a retaliation and wrongful termination action concerning the January 2007 termination of Plaintiff Joan Ciechiello (“Plaintiff’) from her position as a registered nurse at the State Correctional Institution at Frackville, Pennsylvania (“SCIFrackville”).
