MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter is before the Court on the motion to dismiss filed by Defendants Virginia State Bar, Karen Gould (“Gould”), and Renu Brennan (“Brennan,” collectively “Defendants”). In this case, the Virginia State Bar has filed an ethics complaint against Plaintiff Horace F. Hunter (“Hunter”) for failing to post a disclaimer on his law firm website.
