Third Generation, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "TGI"), appeals the trial court's order granting Stephen M. Wilson's motion for a new trial and seeks the reinstatement of a jury verdict.
Benjamin F. Harbin III and his sister, Norma Harbin Louvorn, hired Stephen M. Wilson, a Huntsville attorney, to incorporate their toy business.1 Wilson prepared the articles of incorporation and, subsequently, Harbin and Louvorn formed TGI, initially owning 100% of the stock.
